VinFast to open offices in Europe and Asia
VinFast Service and Trading JSC (VinFast) has just completed procedures to open an office in Frankfurt, Germany and is currently finalizing last procedures to open offices in Shanghai, China and Seoul, Korea. VinFast’s presence at the world's largest automobile manufacturing and consumption centers further affirms its stature and growth on becoming a global automotive manufacturer.
A certificate of establishment has been issued by Frankfurt Business Registration Office, Germany to VinFast GmbH (Company Limited) for its operation in purchasing, selling, distributing and performing commercial transactions (including but not limited to import and export) of spare parts, components and materials for the automotive and related service industries.
Following its cooperation with a number of German partners, including BMW, Siemens, Bosch, Durr AG (paint lines), Schuler AG (press lines), Eisenmann (assembly lines), FFT and EBZ (welding lines) to just name a few and with German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the establishment of VinFast GmbH in Frankfurt reaffirms VinFast's strong commitment to producing world class and high quality vehicles.
In addition to Germany, VinFast is also finalizing procedures to establish its subsidiaries in Shanghai, China and Korea.
Such subsidiary establishment in major automobile manufacturing and consumption centers in Europe and Asia is VinFast’s next important step to enter the world’s automotive market, reflecting the global vision of a Vietnamese car brand.
In terms of technology, VinFast will gain better access to the most modern automotive manufacturing technologies as well as to leading suppliers through its partners in these countries. Regarding product research and development, the company’s ability to keep up with the latest trends in the global automobile industry will be facilitated thanks to its presence in Germany, Korea and China. On the market side, VinFast’s offices will play a significant role in exploring consumer tastes in different regions in Europe and Asia to inform the global export of VinFast cars.
This initiative is also in line with VinFast’s strategy “To the world”, which was emphasized by the company itself upon its decision to send its first two models –Sedan and SUV - to the Paris International Motor Show (Mondial de l'Auto Paris) in France in 10/2018 and then to officially introduce them in Vietnam.
Frankfurt is one of the most important traffic hubs in Europe. With a population of over 670,000, this is the largest city in Hessen state (Germany) and is the fifth largest city in Germany, following Berlin, Hamburg, München (Munich) and K?ln (Cologne).
Frankfurt not only houses the headquarters of German Machinery and Equipment Engineering Association, Electrical Engineering and Information and Technology Association, Electronic Technical Standard Committee and German Automobile Manufacturers Association but also hosts Frankfurt Motor Show - the world's most important automotive event, with the participation of most of the world's manufacturers and the brand-new products and pioneering technologies.
